Hi, I'm Jenn! I’ve trained over 1000 clients in the last 10 years, most of them women, and nearly all with the same goal: a small waist and a firm booty of course! I’ve come to call this shape “The Body.” Over time, I learned how to achieve the results my clients wanted, and I’ve compiled much of what I have learned into this guide. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a fitness expert, you will be challenged by “The Body” Guide. I can’t promise getting there will be easy - you’re going to have to do the work - but I do promise the workouts will be fresh and fun.
